The ATM usage by the individual customers has been historically very low. As such, we feel that our existing savings bank customers would be shifting from impersonal ATM serviced environment to a highly personalized customer care business model, which we are confident would be cherished by our dear customers.

CIS is a process that has been initiated by the banking industry, helping Kenyans manage their credit and for banks to have access to comprehensive information about prospective borrowers. The CIS was implemented on the 31st July 2010.

- How do I change my account details?
Change of the account details must be in writing by a signatory. This may be done by mailing a letter of request or visiting the branch to have them send you the appropriate form.
- Can I make a transfer between my personal accounts over the phone/Online?
Yes you can, simply call us and we can transfer the funds for you, though authorization and signing of documents will have to be completed at the branch. Log in to the online web portal with your credentials and transfer funds from your account to any other M Oriental Bank Limited account.
- How do I place a stop payment on my cheque?
You can speak to our Customer Care executive or visit our branches.
- How can I report suspicious activity in my account?
If there is a debit or credit to your account that is fraudulent or unauthorized, notify the bank immediately.
