He runs Vista Management Consultancy Ltd (est. 2006), providing corporate governance, tax planning, business restructuring, and ICT systems review services. He previously worked for Marshalls (East Africa) Ltd as Group Managing Director and for General Printers Limited as Finance Director, and was an audit senior at Deloitte & Touche, Nairobi.
Jayesh Shah, the Group Managing Director and CEO of Sumaria Group, is a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management (Marketing) from the University of Lancaster, UK. He joined the family business in 1982 and has been instrumental in the exponential growth of the group across Sub-Saharan Africa and overseas. He has served on various boards and industry bodies.
